The organic extra virgin olive oil flavoured with rosemary prepared on our farm in bardolino comes from the cold pressing of Italian olives with green sprigs of rosemary. The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with rosemary esveal comes from the ancient Mediterranean tradition of flavoured oils. From the infusion of rosemary sprigs in extra virgin olive oil is obtained the extra virgin olive oil with rosemary. It is particularly suitable to accompany meat and fish dishes.

Usage advice

The extra virgin olive oil with rosemary gives the dishes the typical roast flavour and aroma. It is an exceptional condiment for all meat and fish dishes and cannot be missing on fish caught in the Garda lake area. Its use is particularly indicated on grilled meat.
